Orders vs Billed, customer wise
Every order in that period is read once from CXT. Then you can filter by customer, driver, vehicle, city, charge item and more on the left, group the totals any way you like, and click any order number for its full charge breakup.
Just need one order? Type its number in Look up one order above.

click a column to sort · click an order for its breakupPick the batch dates you are about to use and press Check. Every order not yet on an invoice is listed by customer, with anything that would make its invoice wrong — no charge, not delivered, a missing reference or proof of delivery, a heavy load charged low, a driver paid more than the charge.
This page only reads from CXT. The invoices themselves are made in X Dispatch; the steps are shown here once the check has run.

Invoice file names
Invoice PDFs download as Invoice <invoice number> <code>.pdf — for example Invoice 1183 ER.pdf. Type the code for each customer; a blank code uses the grey suggestion (the first letters of the customer's name).
Billing check rules
Used by Ready to bill. An order at or under the weight limit should have no Weight charge; an order over it should. A lane rate is the set price for a route: when an order's customer, pick-up and delivery match, its charge line must equal the rate.
Driver names
CXT sometimes shows a driver only by number. Type the name you want to see next to each driver ID and press Save names. The names then appear on the Drivers page, in Order breakdown, on every order and in every download. They are stored on the website, so everyone who uses this app sees the same names. A name typed here always wins over the name in CXT.
Paste a whole list
One driver per line, ID then name: 20139 = Mike Johnson. Lines for IDs already in the table replace their names.
Finding your way
- The menu on the left has every page. Pages are grouped by what they are about: the overview, money, and day-to-day operations.
- The search box at the top of the menu finds an order by its number (opens its full charge breakup), an invoice by its number (downloads the PDF), or a customer by name (opens their report).
- The customer box in the dark top bar picks which customer the Invoices and Orders · one customer pages show.
- Nothing is read from CXT until you press a button (Refresh, Load, Search). Pages remember the last numbers they loaded and say when they were saved.
- Every table downloads to Excel or PDF with the buttons on its right.
- Hide test customers (bottom of the menu) leaves out customers whose name contains test, demo, sample, training or “support account”.
What the words mean
- Charged
- What the customer was charged for an order: the total of its charge lines in CXT (base rate, fuel, waiting time and so on).
- Billed
- Money on invoices. An invoice counts in the period its billing period ends.
- Paid / Open
- Paid invoices are the ones CXT marks paid. Everything else is still open — money owed to TCC.
- Not billed
- Orders delivered but not yet on any invoice.
- Ready to bill
- A check run before an invoice batch: “Fix first” orders (no charge, not delivered) would be left off or invoiced wrong; “Worth a look” ones (missing reference, no proof of delivery, heavy load charged low…) would invoice but may be questioned.
- Who owes us (aging)
- Open invoices sorted by age: 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days since the billing period ended.
- Driver pay
- What CXT says the driver earns for the job. Shown only when CXT gives it to staff logins.
- Kept by TCC
- Charged minus driver pay, for the jobs where both are known.
- Pay %
- Driver pay as a share of what was charged. Lower means TCC keeps more of each dollar.
- Waiting time
- Minutes between the driver arriving at a stop and leaving it, from CXT’s status times. A wait of 30 minutes or more with no wait-time line on the order is flagged on Home and on Ready to bill.
- On time
- Delivered no later than 5 minutes after the time the order was due.
- Jobs / day
- Jobs divided by the days the driver actually worked in the period.
- Revenue per mile
- Charged divided by the miles CXT has for those orders.
- Driver score
- 0–100: work done per day worked (40%), share of each charge kept after driver pay (30%), and deliveries on time (30%). Parts with no data are left out and the rest re-weighted.
Check the connection to CXT
Asks CXT for one small sample of each kind of data this site uses and shows which ones your login is allowed to read, and which fields come back. Only field names and counts are shown — no customer details. If a page shows less than you expect, run this and send the result to whoever looks after the site.
What can this site change in CXT?
Reads CXT's own list of web-service calls for your tenant and shows every call that adds, changes or removes something on an order — items and charges (waiting time, weight, pieces, distance…), status times, references. Nothing is changed by this check; it only reads the list.
